This project included the renovation of an existing building and the planning of a bookstore with an area of 10,200 sq. ft. including the ground floor and a lower level. The building is located on Masson Street in the borough of Rosemont - Petite Patrie.

The mandate required the building renovation and collaboration with the interior designer in order to adapt the interior to the client’s need to conduct a diverse community oriented program. The architectural program includes offices for book publishing, retail space, and a bistro style café adjacent to the main sales area. In addition, there is a conference room for book launchings and a kitchen for holding receptions for invited authors on the lower level.
