This new building is located on Sherbrooke Street east, Montreal and occupies 4,000 sq. ft. on the ground floor, and 2,000 sq. ft. on the second floor. Banking services are offered at ground level whereas financial services and office spaces are located on the second storey.

As one of the main design objectives, integration of the building within its environment is accomplished through the use of earth-toned masonry and through its overall height, which is determined by the surrounding buildings.
